Our principal and staff
Our school team is committed to every student’s learning, wellbeing and sense of belonging. We work together to create a supportive and inclusive school where every child is set up for success.
Belinda Reedman, Principal
As Teaching Principal at Arcadia Public School since 2024, I thoroughly enjoy being part of our proud community. Previously, I worked as Assistant Principal Curriculum and Instruction and Assistant Principal in schools across the Hills District and Western Sydney.
Teaching science and library from Kindergarten to Year 6 allows me to build strong relationships with students and share my passion for learning. I am committed to fostering confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning in every child.
Outside of school, I enjoy photography, travel, and spending time with my family, including our lively Jack Russell, Koda.
It’s a privilege to be part of this warm and supportive community, and I’m excited to get to know all the families who join Arcadia Public School.

Natalie Crouch, Accredited Highly Accomplished, Kindergarten Teacher
I have been a classroom teacher for 29 years and have proudly taught at Arcadia since 2009. I aim to guide and support every student to reach their full potential and develop a love of learning. By understanding each student’s intellectual, social, and emotional needs, I strive to teach the whole child and foster growth.
I believe students succeed when inspired, encouraged to have a voice, and challenged with high expectations. Strong partnerships between teachers, parents, and students create a supportive and collaborative learning environment.
In 2022, I was certified as a Highly Accomplished Teacher by NESA. This was an extremely proud moment in my teaching career. I actively support and lead best teaching practices to ensure exceptional learning experiences for all students.
Melanie Neorcsik, Stage 1 Teacher
I have been part of the Arcadia Public School community for over six years, initially helping to establish and lead the Before and After School Care service as Educational Leader, and for the past two years teaching Stage 1. I am passionate about creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment where every student feels valued and empowered to reach their full potential.
Building strong relationships with students, families, and staff is central to my approach, fostering a supportive and collaborative community. I enjoy nurturing curiosity, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning, while supporting students’ academic, social, and emotional growth.
Outside of school, I love exploring the outdoors through snorkelling, boating, fishing, quad biking, camping, and stargazing with my telescope. I also enjoy playing the piano.
Rachel Lacey, Stage 2 Teacher and Relieving APCI
With over 13 years of primary teaching experience, including more than 7 years at Arcadia Public School, I am dedicated to supporting every student. For the past three years, I have also fulfiled the role of relieving Assistant Principal Curriculum and Instruction.
I enjoy helping students build confidence, develop skills, and foster a love of learning. Building positive relationships with students and their families is one of the most rewarding aspects of my role. I aim to create a classroom where every child feels valued, supported, and inspired to reach their personal best.
I believe that when learning is fun, engaging, and meaningful, students develop the confidence, resilience, curiosity, and kindness needed to thrive both at school and beyond.
My family time is spent with my three children on our cattle farm, enjoying the great outdoors.
Olivia Sutton, Stage 3 Teacher
I am passionate about creating engaging learning experiences that build students’ confidence and success. With six years of teaching across Sydney’s Northern Beaches and North Shore, as well as 18 months in London, I bring experience from diverse school settings. I especially enjoy teaching Stage 3, supporting students to develop independence, confidence, and a love of learning.
Being part of the close-knit Arcadia Public School community is rewarding, and I’m proud to contribute to many opportunities for students inside and outside the classroom. I believe all students can succeed when supported, challenged, and encouraged to reach their full potential. My goal is to foster a positive, inclusive environment where every student feels valued and inspired to learn.
In my spare time I enjoy travel, reading, baking and crocheting.
