School correspondence
All school administration correspondence - event information, absences, school payments, notifications, live school calendar and forms are communicated via School Bytes. Please visit our Parent portal page for further information.
Late arrivals and leaving early
If your child is late to school a parent or carer must accompany them to the office to provide an explanation.
If you child is leaving early, please come to the office to meet them. Office staff will contact the classroom, or the teacher on duty, so that your child can meet you at the office. This is to minimise class disruption. Note - for off site events, please notify your child’s teacher, or supervising teacher, if your child is leaving early.
After school pick up or change of plans
If you have arranged for your child to be collected by another adult, please phone the office (not via email), so that we can be sure to let your child, and your child’s teacher know of the change in plans. Please note, some excursions will require written permission to travel with other parents to and from events.
Outside school hours school care
Northwest Community Childcare is the OOSH provider for our school. The service operates each morning and afternoon from our school library.

Volunteering at our school
Helping out at school is a great way to get involved in our school community. A volunteer declaration form is required and available via the School Bytes portal or at the school office. To learn more about our volunteering opportunities please visit our P&C section.
