It is a requirement of the NSW Department of Education (NSW DoE) that all school parents/close relatives who wish to volunteer (on school grounds, school/P&C social events and school excursions/camps) need to complete a Declaration for child related workers Please note this is a NSW DoE formNOT a WWCCV number obtained at Road Services NSW, which is not required.
